Every year, in honor of the birthday of our esteemed founder, Mary McLeod Bethune (July 10, 1895), members of the North Shore Area Section of NCNW come together in fellowship and celebration. This special gathering takes place at a local church, where we reflect on Mrs. Bethune’s enduring legacy, her dedication to education, service, and empowerment, and her profound impact on our communities.
